dated for 1864, with 36 1/2in. re-blued barrel, block and blade fore-sight, elevating ladder rear-sight, flip-open breech marked 'LSA CO', plain lock signed 'ENFIELD' below the date and with a 'V.R.' crown device to tail, walnut full-stock with brass furniture, chained pin protector and iron swivels, complete with jag-ended clearing rod
